Dimensions supports diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives. They're dedicated to promoting inclusivity by educating and sharing perspectives and experiences across the business that builds on the bank’s culture and values.

A support network for individuals who self-identify as women, formed to raise awareness about the challenges specifically faced by women in the workplace and to foster a culture where women feel comfortable and equally respected.

A group for neurodiverse colleagues to share experiences, offer support and promote awareness of neurodiversity in the workplace.

Our Mums and Dads group share stories and advice on all the highs, lows, and in-betweens that come with parenthood.

A place to exchange experiences and information associated with menopause.

Where You Can be flexible

We support a culture of flexibility for our people, promoting a strong work-life balance. We empower everyone to manage their time in a way that meets both their work and personal commitments. You might use this time to take a gym class during the day, finish early to visit a museum, spend time on your hobby or pick up your children from school – ClearBank is Where You Can be flexible.

Our charity partner

We partner with the suicide prevention charity, Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), to support them on their mission to help people end their misery, not their lives. Our team has the option to use their two “Bigger than ClearBank” days to support this cause, or any other charity or community project. Our team has two days to choose how they want to make a difference.

We support our clients' and suppliers' transition to Net Zero and advocate for change. We strive to consider the environmental implications of every decision we make.

Supporting families

For us, creating a positive impact includes making a difference in our people's lives outside of the workplace. That’s why we have generous Maternity, Paternity, Adoption, and Shared Parental Leave for parents.

We know that it’s not always a smooth journey, so, we have measures to support our team during challenging times, including paid time off for fertility treatments, miscarriages, and caring for newborns in neonatal care.

Women in Finance Charter

We’re committed to increasing female representation to create a more gender-balanced industry. And we’re proud of our progress so far, even though we recognise there’s still work to be done.

In 2024, we set a target of 45% females in senior leadership and achieved 42%. We knew that target was ambitious but achievable, and fell short due to a combination of factors, including timing shifts in hiring. This outcome is a positive indicator of our ongoing efforts, making our new target of 43% in 2025, progressive yet realistic. As we continue to expand across multiple regions, the diversity of our ClearBank remains a priority and a key part of our hiring process.
