ClearBank Europe, the enabler of real-time clearing and embedded banking, presents the four members of its European Supervisory Board; Frank Stockx (Belgian), Maurice Oostendorp (Dutch), Clotilde Bouchet (French) and Carola Paschola (German).

These experienced professionals will serve as independent non-executive directors and will play a crucial role in ClearBank's strategy and growth in Europe. The European composition of the Supervisory Board hence reflects the European ambition of the company.

• Frank Stockx is the Chair of the Supervisory Board. He has over 25 years of executive banking experience at ING in commercial, technology and operational roles. In addition, he has more than a decade of non-executive experience at both banks and Fintech companies. Frank has extensive knowledge of transformation and innovation in the banking sector. His leadership and international experience, also in the Netherlands, make him a valuable asset to ClearBank.
• Maurice Oostendorp has many years of experience and a strong network in the Dutch banking sector. He is specialised in risk and financial management at regulated banks and has held key positions including Chief Financial and Risk Officer at SNS Reaal and Chief Head of Group Finance at ABN AMRO. His last role was Chief Executive Officer for De Volksbank. At ClearBank, he will use his expertise as the Vice-Chair of the Supervisory Board and as a Chair of the Board Risk Committee.
• Clotilde Bouchet has extensive executive experience as former Group CFO of Crédit Agricole Asset Management (AMUNDI), ABN Amro France and AXA Investment Management, among others. She also has held several non-executive positions and is the Chair of the Audit, Enterprise Risk and Compliance Committee for Cboe Clear Europe NV. As a result, Clotilde has built up a strong knowledge of corporate governance in the Netherlands. Her focus on technology and innovation, combined with her fintech and AI startup experience, makes her a valuable expert in support of ClearBank's growth. Clotilde is chairing ClearBank Europe’s Board Audit Committee.
• Carola Paschola has a strong commercial background with prior roles held at companies such as Dell, Vivendi and American Express. She served on the board of several fintech companies in France, the UK and Germany and is currently the Chair of the board of a regulated German insurance firm. With her international experience and knowledge of corporate governance and valuable European network, she supports ClearBank's European growth. Carola chairs the ClearBank Europe Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
