ClearBank appoints Nadine Adams as Head of Human Resources

ClearBank, the Banking-as-a-Service provider, has promoted Nadine Adams to Head of Human Resources.

In her new role, Nadine will be responsible for continuing to build ClearBank’s HR framework, ensuring that ClearBank’s people continue to be at the heart of the business. Nadine will lead and develop ClearBank’s People agenda, focusing on the implementation of programmes and initiatives across the Bank’s employee proposition, recruitment, training and development, culture and the overall development of ClearBank’s HR practice.

Nadine joined ClearBank in 2018 as Senior HR Generalist and supporting the broader COO organisation. Over the past two years, Nadine has been instrumental in building the Bank’s technology department and driving the HR agenda across the business.

Prior to joining ClearBank, Nadine spent almost seven years at Barclays Bank, working in a variety of HR and project roles across the Technology organisation.
